EDUCATION Program
"Golf-Biomechanics and Health-Pro"
according to the FREE-RELEASE-Method ®

What is the Free-Release Method®?

The FRM® can be divided into 2 blocks:

1. Health benefits

2. Improvements in quality of swing

Free-Release means that a golf swing can be performed without the blocking and accelerating influence of torsional and sheering forces. Torsion negatively affects the normal functions of the foot and ankle joints, the tibia, the knees and hips, tendons, spinal disks, meniscus as well as the lumbar, thoracic and cervical vertebrae.

Free-Release stands for a golf swing which does not encounter physical resistance. It helps to improve the smash factor, carry/distance and the landing line side.

The core Biomechanical Elements of the Free-Release Method® are a Significantly more Stable

a. Balance1 Phase

which can be verified by using foot pressure measurements.

A stable Balance 1 phase leads to a sustainable moment of impact

in the sweet spot, which enables improvements in precision.

b. Active Legwork

“accelerates” hip rotation during the downswing and thus relieves

the burden on the spine.

Greatest Potential for Improvement Lies in Driving Accuracy and Greens in Regulation:

The Free-Release Method® is based on all traditional swing philosophies while retaining the same or an improved smash factor, an ideal spin factor, as well as an improved carry and landing side. The rotation of the hips is significantly improved. The high quality of impact becomes repeatable so that it is possible to improve driving accuracy and GIR rates by up to 70% for the high handicapper and the tour pro alike. In future, tour pros will have better results than today’s standard. The training will place more emphasis on measurements.

Your clients’ best golf lies in the future, thanks to the Free-Release Method.

Golf Can Be Healthy – Be sure to Explain This to Your Clients!

The sports medicine results and stress strain caused by contemporary golf swing methods are very considerable. Golf with the FRM® can become significantly healthier. The Eberhard-Karls-University in Tübingen/Germany provided proof of these differences in strain.
