Delivery
Delivery can be carried out worldwide.
As a rule, the delivery time for orders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland amounts to 4 workdays. If a lot of orders are being received, the delivery time may slightly increase. For potentially deviating delivery times please refer to the respective product page.
Should the product you have ordered not be delivered on time, because we have not been supplied with this product by our suppliers on time, we will not hesitate to contact you. It is at your own discretion whether or not you choose to wait for the product you have ordered or to cancel your order. On cancellation, reciprocated services will be reimbursed without delay.
If customer orders are to be delivered to destinations within the member states of the EU, the prices communicated by the online- shops (“Deutschland/Germany”, “United Kingdom”, “Europe” and “America”) always include the VAT which is actually valid in the Federal Republic of Germany (16% by December 31st, 2006 and 19% from January 1st, 2007). The customer will always be charged with the VAT rate which is valid in Germany in case of deliveries to destinations within the EU.
If customer orders are to be delivered to destinations beyond the member states of the EU, the customer will not be charged with VAT, but the prices communicated by the online- shops will comprise any duties and import levies of the destination. Therefore, VAT refunds to customers beyond the EU are impossible.
In addition to the prices given, we charge a standard EUR5,95 per order for worldwide deliveries. The delivery costs are clearly stated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Right of cancellation in case of distance contracts
Consumers in terms of § 13 BGB may cancel their order according to the provisions of the following instruction.

You may cancel your order declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by return of the item. The term begins soonest at the receipt of this instruction. The timely sending of the cancellation or of the item will be sufficient for the ensuring of the refund period. Consequences of a cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received goods and services have to be returned and -as the case may be- drawn utilisations have to be brought out. If you are not able to return the received goods and services at all or only in parts or in a declined state, you will be obliged to compensate the loss in value. In case of the surrender of goods, this clause will not be applied if the decline of the goods is exclusively caused by their testing - like it would have been possible in the retail shop. By the way, you can avoid the obligation of value compensation if you do not use the item like your property and by neglecting everything that impacts its value.
Items which may be shipped in a parcel have to be returned. Items which may not be shipped in a parcel will be collected by us. You will be charged for the return if the delivered goods are conforming with the ordered goods and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 EUR or if you - in case of a higher price of the item - have, at the moment of the cancellation, not yet effected the equivalent or an instalment as contracted. Alternatively you will not be charged for the return. You have to fulfil obligations regarding the execution of payments within 30 days after the sending of your cancellation.
