General terms and conditions

1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions are valid for all orders being placed by customers at United Golfers Onlineshop electronically, by telephone, fax, letter, or email.

3. Offer and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1 The product offers on display in the online shop are not legally-binding offers, but an invitation to place an order. All offers are "for as long as stocks last" if not stated otherwise. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the button "send order" in the final stage of the order process, you send off a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. The sales agreement comes into effect when we accept your order by sending you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your order. You will find a detailed description of the order process at the bottom of this text under "further information".

4. Payment
Method of payment is by credit card. All prices include VAT.

5. Shipping costs and delivery
5.1 Total shipping costs for orders in the US is $ 7.75.

5.2 Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 4 days. If a lot of orders are being received, the delivery time may slightly increase. For potentially deviating delivery times please refer to the respective product page.

5.3 Should the product you have ordered not be delivered on time, because we have not been supplied with this product by our suppliers on time, we will not hesitate to contact you. It is at your own discretion whether or not you choose to wait for the product you have ordered or to cancel your order. On cancellation, reciprocated services will be reimbursed without delay.

6. Returns Policy
6.1 If you wish to return an item you must notify us within 7 days upon the arrival. You can contact us via email: order@free-release.com or call us at +1 (646) 405 - 1030. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

6.2 Refunds will only be issued when the item has been returned in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will not be issued if the item has obvious signs of use or is not returned in the condition it was received.

7. Warranty
7.1 We warrant each of our Products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of six months from date of shipment. In the event of a defect during the warranty period we will either repair or replace the Product.

7.2 There are no warranty obligations if the present defect is causally associated with improper treatment of the goods on the part of the customer or if the customer did not comply with the provisions regarding the handling, cleaning and maintenance of the goods. Normal wearout is also excluded from the warranty.

8. Data protection
We will use the data you have provided to carry out your transaction. Your data will be passed on to the mail-order company who has been contracted for the delivery, should this be necessary for the delivery of the goods (i.e. name, address, and possibly telephone numbers to determine delivery dates). To effectuate payments, your payment details will be passed on to our main bank. By using the customer login: You are able to view the data which you have provided. Without using the customer login: On completion of the transaction and on completion of payment, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted when the tax and legal commercial regulations have expired.
